Hot Tricks Shootout

The Hot Tricks Shootout is an exciting exhibition of trick kiteflying that pits pairs of fliers against each other in heats to see who can do the most interesting tricks. In each heat, two fliers go head to head, taking turns flying for 30 seconds during a 3-minute piece of music. Countdowns at the end of each 30-second segment signal the change from one flier to the other without interruption in the music. At the end of each heat, a winner is determined. Winners of all the heats in one round move on to the next round, and the flier who is left at the end of all rounds is the winner of the event.
